BROKOVICH - Exposition Collective

BROKOVICH

Thomas BROQUET, aka BROKOVICH, has been an artist with a passion for drawing since childhood, growing up in the heart of a Jura ski resort. His proximity to board sports naturally brought him closer to skateboarding and its identity culture in the movement of street art, graffiti and all forms of art in the public space.

After a spell at the Ecole cantonale d'art de LAUSANNE (ECAL), BROKOVICH specialized in graphic design. His versatility enables him to work as an illustrator, graphic designer and enameller, while at the same time being a visual artist who has created his own artistic universe with recognizable signs that make his works iconic.

Throughout his accumulated collections of masks, faces, figures and figurines, you'll always find the BROKOVICH thread, like the pair of eyes that stare back at you, making them his signature.

With dexterity, BROKOVICH masters all media and all dimensions, from the infinitely small to frescoes, his style asserts itself. He can engrave, paint, cut, glue, recover, accumulate or assemble, all the while cultivating his childlike soul. With mischief, he has fun recovering and diverting all kinds of objects to reappropriate them and question their obsolescence.
